Quickly connecting the leash to the boat side is done with a 360-degree nylon swivel hook to any pad eye or accessible seat strap. The connection to the paddle or rod is made through the upper-rope-loop-through method, which provides unrestricted movement while using a paddle or fishing rod. Perfect for one or two-piece paddles as well as one or two-piece rods. Paddle and rod are not included.
